A Alexa1 Member Jun 2, 2010 #1 For about a week now I've had really bad diarrhea, and have felt dizzy really out of the blue, but usually in the morning and night. Right now, along with a lot of the time now, I feel like I'm going to throw up. Please Help, I'm miserable.
