its not a fighting style it's a pro wrestling style. completly diffrent, no one would go to the top rope in a real fight, watch mma, it's real and no one goes to the top rope.
to answer your question though, its lucha libra. the wrestling style that orginated in mexico. very entertaining when properly executed. Sin Cara has had some botching issues though, if he can overcome them he could be one of the more exciting wrestlers in the wwe.
