after dinner,im always wanting something more,and handful nuts just are not doing it! im thinking of having weight watchers jelly or desert.thanks in advance

Don't eat sweets that late. Eat some protein or eat something sour--like pickles--that will kill your craving for sweets. Try eating more fiber and filler at dinner and see if that doesn't keep your cravings down, too.
