Like the ones that the resort staff organizes at the beach or other common areas throughout the day, where they ask for audience participation and usually give out prizes such as a bottle of rum. The only ones that I can remember are limbo, where you had to take a shot before each round and a dancing competition where you had to make the audience laugh as much as possible.
