So everyone tells you to eat a big breakfast..so what kind of healthy breakfast's that are filling should I eat? I usually eat pancakes (already made you just microwave em) and toast with an omelet (already made u just microwave it too)..so can i lose weight with this..sometimes i eat a bowl of cereal with yogurt..and sometimes i eat oatmeal with yogurt..but i need some tasty filling foods that are healthy to eat for breakfast.. i hATEE grits and pourage..ew
