What makes them special? In the Philippines, UST, Ateneo, DLSU, and UP are considered "the best" but why are they the best? What do they use to determine test scores and rankings? Other schools in Manila are kinda ignored but those top 4 are put into the spotlight.  I mean why pay high tuition at one school when you can be educated somewhere else for a cheaper price? Biggest difference, in my opinion, is the facilities and quality of the school.  Some schools have awesome facilities and great classrooms but they are still not put into the spotlight as much.</p></blockquote><p></p>
