What martial art should I practice?

I'm a male. I am willing to train for 3 hours a day, 5 on weekends. I would like to learn something with mainly tactical approaches and doesn't really require strength. I would like it to be something where I can disable my opponent's technique so I do not have to hurt him/her. I know I'm being needy and specific but thanks for reading it!

Kenpo would be a good style that fits in your requirements.

What M.H. said is great, Kenpo may be good for low risk situations but if you really want to learn a style that will help you then Muay Thai is definitely what you should be learning. Although you don't want to hurt someone, if they are trying to hurt you then you should be able to protect yourself and hurt them.

Muay Thai.

Man up and work your a$s off and learn a hard martial art, because these martial arts like Jiu Jitsu and Kenpo might be good for sport, they are no good on the streets.

Find a gym tomorrow and go, waste no time.

BJJ!!! Listen muay thai and bjj are neck and neck i realizee that if a bjj guy took down a thai boxer to the ground fights over. If the thai guy kept it on its feet, fights over. But bjj demands so much from your body and you learn vital skills that will give you a good basis for any martial art. Now i take bjj and its mostly groundworkk. So i would take it first then some muay thai. But i firmly believe bjj is the way to go and meets your time requirements.
