What player to view .Eng.DvDRiP.XviD-DoBi avi movie?

Recently I download a movie like above but could not play it in
my PC. I tried to burn it to VCD using Cucusoft but failed.
Can anybody tell me what I can do to watch the movie on PC,
as well as burning it onto VCD.

Please furnish name as well as download site of the needed player. If special codec needed, please provide the download site as well.
