What programs can sync with LG Octane calendar?

I just bought a new lg octane and was wondering if there are any free programs I can use to sync calendar items between my phone and pc(windows live calender, yahoo calendar, etc.) I have windows 7 and i don't have Microsoft office, outlook, or data on my phone. thanks

LG Octane Calendar Sync

I sync my calendar in Outlook 2010 with Google Calendar which I access via Octane's Mobile Email. Google has the sync software for free. If you have Outlook 2007, LG has a program that will let you sync your phone's calendar with it.
