What should be DC's catchphrase?

I'm thinking about paying for a banner to hang over one of the highways into DC, so what should I put on it. I'm thinking one of these would suffice, unless someone can come up with one that summarizes DC better.

"To the idiot mobile!" or "Welcome! Surrender wallet, drop pants, and bend over."
 
I don't know maybe something to do with Preparation H since they are all hemorrhoids.
