...trying to loose weight? I know calories isn't the only thing I have to look at.
What else do I look at and what is good and what is bad?
 
On top of lowering your calories, you want to look for foods that are low in fats and carbohydrates but have lots of fiber. Staying away from the fats and carbs will help you loose weight, and the fiber will keep you full in between meals. Also make sure you follow the serving size indicated on the label.
