What should I do to this guy who is spreadding rumors about me?

Ok so I am a freshman in high school, and this junior boy that annoys the crap out of me is spreading rumors about me that I am a slut and that I like stuff to happen to me (gross stuff if you catch my drift) which I am not like that at all, so question, should I go punch him in the face, kick him in the balls, or smakc, him? or do you guys have any other ideas, and no i will not kill him, or do anything to permanently affect his life, just something that with not be painful after maybe a couple days. Maybe it isn't even hurting him, maybe it is is just like a prank, please I need help, be aware thathe is a fugly duche.
