What should I eat tomorrow? (Healthy, non-fattening, please!)?

Okay well, here's practically all the stuff in my fridge that isn't junk.

Mini whole grain bagels.
Eggs.
Processed Cheese. Lol. (Kraft singles.)
A little bit of a vegetable tray.
Some mini carrots.
Special K Cereal.
Sushi. (California Rolls.)
Banana.
Apple.
Raisins.

What could I make for BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER, SNACK?

Plus, how much sushi should I eat in 1 sitting? Is 4 a serving? How much calories would that be? Thanks.
 
6 pieces of calfornia sushi roll would be about 266 calories roughly

breakfast- special K with banana
snack- raisins
lunch- egg, mini bagel with cheese, and some veggies
snack- apple
dinner- sushi
