What SUV has a second row bucket seats and has around 20 mpg in the city?

I am due with my first child in July. I am looking to get a nice SUV, preferably by Ford. I have 3 dogs, so this is why I would like the bucket seats. I don't want to have to put them all the way in the back when the baby is born. They have been like our kids, and I don't want them to be jealous of the baby. With the bucket seats, the baby can be alone, without dogs on the seat with him/her. I really like the 2010 explorer, but it is just to expensive to buy. Are there any other years that are just as nice, or almost as nice. Also, I am looking for something that has 20 or more mpg, in the city. I want my vehicle to be perfect for my child. So any suggestions will really help.

Ford expedtion got a 5.4L V8 with 20 MPG HWY. Bucket seats, 3rd row seats and plety of room behind them.
