What the heck do I have to do to lose 1 pound?!?

Hi,Im 16 and weigh 245 pounds and I have been on a diet since feburary 1st and so far I have not lost any weight! This is what I do daily:

Breakfast: Smart Start cereal

Lunch:Salad with light dressing and a yogurt

Excercise:Walking and a little bit of jogging outside for a hour

Snack: Some almonds and an apple

Dinner: Baked fish with a sideof veggies

Excercise: The gym

What exactly am I doing wrong?!?!
