what time do you not lose min. on verizon phones?

i know it starts at nine pm but when does it end like at 6 am?

i need to know cause i don't want to go over minutes cause my friend from australia calls me and he can only call like later but sometimes were on the phone for a long time so i need to know when i need to get off my cell so i dont go over my minutes
