what to do if I get FTA FTP (failure to appear pay) and SR22?

When I went to DMV for my liscnece renewal, they told me I got FTA,FTP and I required SR22. The ticket is about 4 years ago with speeding when I was sriving my uncle's car, and I couldn't find the insurance at the moment. My uncle was under insurace coverage actually. Do I still need SR22?
What is the right procedure for me now? calling or going to the court directly? and what about the insurance?
 
you will have to call and get a new court appearance. and will pay a fine plus court cost for speeding ticket and if you can't prove that car had insurance at time pay a fine for no insurance. and if the judge wants to ba an a-- hole he can fine you or even give you jail time for the F.T.A.
