...when i didnt.? I havent lied to her once and have never in my.life spread rumors about anything. Any advice?
 
Tell her that who ever told her is the bad one because they're the one spreading rumors by saying you were spreading rumors about your bestfriend because you would never ever do that to her in a million years.

Tell her that she's your bestest friend and that you don't want to lose your friendship with her over a silly lie.
