What to write in Introduction?

So, Ive been given to write an project on some topic.
But the problem is, on the first page, ive to write an "Introduction". What I actually have to write is these 3.

1. What is a Project ?
2. What are the aims of Project ? (any kinda project, not any particular )
3 Conclusion.


What actually should I write in the 3 questions ? Or more importantly, what to write on the first 2 ?

Please suggest something.Personal "man-made" answer is more thankful, and I need a short answer, not a huge paragraph.
