I need to find a good priced turbo kit for a 2006 Kia Spectra EX 2.0L, something around the price of $1,000 or lower! And if you have any other suggestions on performance parts, please feel free to leave some comments on that thanks!

You're not getting a good turbo kit for 1000 or lower.

The turbo for my car, cost $2200, just for the turbo. All the other piping, etc, was another 1500.

You could go cheaper, but you're getting what you pay for. I could slap some metal together, call it a turbo, and charge you $500, but see how long it lasts.... This would be pretty much all the eBay "turbo kit"s. Look at their kits. The pipes are just randomly bent pipes. They will not fit your vehicle. None of the parts are name brand parts. It simply will not last.

Performance costs money. If you're not willing to shell out, your car isn't willing either.
