What type of oil is best for Dogs and pups?

im about to go buy some because ive heard it can do wonders to my pup's skin and coat.
But im having trouble choosing between:

Cod Liver Oil
Coconut Oil
Sesame oil
Fish oil

Or you can suggest something else.

Oh and my dog is a 5 monthold Shihtzu x Poodle crossbreed.
