What was the name of that scary nurse in The Karate Kid or Karate Kid 2?

I am not sure if it was the first or second version of this movie, there was a part when Pat Morita ... Mr. Kesuke Miyagi,
had to get a shot and in walks in a 7ft scary looking nurse with a huge needle. I mean that lady scared me so badly when I was little, lol, I am trying to find a clip or picture with her.
I think her name was pronounced nurse SHA-BOO-YA or something like that, lol...
