I remember from the 1990s, I've seen an anime/cartoon with a cute little girl who summoned this giant snake some how but she was using the snake to attack some man with long hair but then the snake suddenly just stoped moving.
And then I remember some boy who turned his clothes into baseball player clothes when was about to throw some little creature at the man's head and then the creature I think just bit some of his hair off. But that's all I can remember. I believe it was a Japanese anime played in Japan from the 1990s. That's just about all I can remember.
