I WAS PISSED I CLARIFIED THAT I RECORD ALL MY PHONE CONVERSATIONS IF SHE SURE SHE WON'T REFUND THEM? "NO"I got this rep's name and ID, but forgot get other's REP Name and ID#. WHO SOLD DATA SAMPLE TO ME! </p><p></p><p>BUT AS SAID BE I GOT ME DIGITAL PHONE RECORDING DEVICE, AND STARTED LISTENING FROM THE MIDDLE OF ALL FILES AND FOUND IT IN 2.5 HOURS!!! </p><p></p><p>NOW GIVE ME ANY FEEDBACK OR HOW SHOULD I LEAD MY NEXT CONVERSATION WITH T-MOBILE'S BILLING DEPARTMENT, """BECAUE I FOUND THE RECORDED FILE WHERE CELL REP TALKED TO ME TELL'S HER NAME, AND GIVES ME OFFER FOR FREE MONTH OF DATA SERVE ON PHONES NOT 1 BUT ALL LINES!!!"
