What would cause a 1985 2.8 jeeps amp and oil pressure gauge to move up and down.

just Act erratically? The amp's are fine just sitting idol but if I hit the turn signal the amp and oil pressure gauge move up and down. While driving the amp gauge and oil pressure guage go up and down and the radio will cut out and come back on all the presets are erased.I have replaced the alternator, solenoid wire,positive battery and some wire connectors and I can't figure it out I think It might be something in the steering column?

You will need a wiring diagram to find out how your gages are grounded, and on which circuit they are powered. The fact that the turn signal causes them to jump tells me that you have an open in the circuit, and that power is trying to get to ground through your gages.
