What would I do to get more HP to a Dodge Stratus?

I recently purchased a 2004 Dodge Stratus. It has the 2.4L V4 and I want a little more punch, but don't know much about working on cars. What can I do to get a little more power in the car, short of weight reduction and a new motor?
