What would i need to do an engine swap for my 89 MKIII Supra?

I have an 89 MKIII Supra with the 7MGTE in it, however the engine is on its last lag...and i was thinking about putting in a 2JZGTE in it. I have the w58 5 speed already in it, however i was wondering if it would be better if i went with the 6 speed trans. (what ever model that might be). I found a 2jzgte for sale but i don't think i can just put it and go. So what would i need to replace, i know i would need a bigger intercooler but what else? OH this is all the stuff that the engine im thinking about getting has
