What would pay for a 2006 Toyota Scion with 52,000 miles? ?

I might get one...I am asking them for a payment of about $150/month max. They are asking 11K for it, I'm putting down about $3K , I really wish the care ws more like $10 or even $9 grand....what do you think is $150/month too much?
