What's a good yoga routine for my knotted back?

I've read a bit about the different poses and all the things I can do. The problem is, I need a routine I can use and the right combination of exercises.

My knots are centered right next to my spine on both sides in the middle of my back up to my shoulder blades. Any spine-stretching, back stretching exercises would be best, especially if they help to define and maintain and healthy spine curvature.

I also think that my neck could use spinal realignment, and due to my monetary situation, I can't afford a chiropractor or yoga instructor. Any exercises that will realign my neck and shoulders specifically as well?

I can handle any poses you suggest without hazard, but I'll need to work up to them. List the easier ones first if you can. Thank you!
