Hey everyone. I'm having a problem with my internet connection running slow (seemingly that is the problem) and I want to know why.
Background Information: I have ATT U-verse for my internet, as well as TV. The TV is working just fine (which for ATT, runs over the internet, so I'm assuming the problem is my computer, not my ISP).
I have a Windows PC running Vista.
I recently installed AVG Free 8.5, Smart Defrag, Media Monkey, AIM, and Firefox (but I use Chrome 99% of them time).
All these installations were in the past 3 weeks, and in the past 3 weeks my computer has had bouts where it just gets reaaalllyyyyy slow both on the web and on internet based games (like Starcraft).
Any ideas?
