whats the best kind of plant to have when i have a sailfin pleco?

when i get my new tank, i would like to add some live plants, but ive heard sailfin plecos can sometimes uproot plants. im keeping the bigger one the 2 which id say is rougly 3 to 3.5 inches long. double the size of the other one.

and ive never had live plants before, so i need one thats easy to care for
