whats the best route to get to the pros for baseball?

i need someone who actually knows what theyre talkin bout. not a random guy. i need a college scout or a pro or somethin. im 6 ft. 142. im 13. lookin to become a pro. throwin 73 mph. only reason im only 142 is cuz im afraid of stunting my growth plates and ruining my chances. so i need ppl that i should talk to and stuff to get to be a pro.
