what's the fastest internet speed you can get in the Philippines?

I am moving from the UK to the Philippines (business) and need my Macbook constantly connected to the internet, transferring data between my hard drive and our server here in the UK.

What's the fastest speed I can get around the Taytay (Rizal province) and Pasig City area? Prices?
