What's the latest up and coming conspiracy story I should know about? (After the famous Aussie Bloke saga etc)

Aussie Bloke was an amazing and intriguing read for the days and weeks it lasted until it became blatantly obvious it was total BS. Or how about Xinopheol? That was another corker (not that it was ever heard of again following his first few newsgroup postings). That entertained me for a while.There must be something out there of that magnitude or that looks like hitting the dizzy heights of internet mass hysteria? What should I be reading about? What are the links? Maybe somebody can invent a conspiracy and see if it takes off?

There is a HUGE deal going on right now that childhood vaccines are giving kids autism. Jenny McCarthy went on Oprah talking about it. Several states have banned the preservatives in question but the FDA refuses to pull the ingredients because they are so cheap. They also say plastic containers are causing reproductive problems and cancer links in children being exposed. some of the biggest culprits : baby bottles and sippy cups.

Which conspiracy theory is that? I have asked if the timing of McLaren's ascension and Renault's regression in regard to the Stepney-gate issue was coincidental - since I was wondering, and had no means to confirm or deny. None was BS - I simply stated the facts and timing, and asked if this might mean something. I was subsequently convinced that it was a coincidence by some of the answers I received. After all, that's what this forum is all about...isn't it?Unless you're thinking of a different conspiracy theory, in which case I'm not sure what you're referencing.
