What's the least expensive GPRS provider that operates off of the Verizon

network in the US? I'm looking for a provider that I can use to put a GPRS module onto the network and transmit a very small amount of data on a regular schedule. The important things are having no restrictions on which device i can use to connect (generic GPRS device) and the lowest monthly charge (data usage will be nominal). There is no need for voice communication.
