Is it simply the malfunctions on the phone or does it go to physical damage such as a broken screen? Is it the same as regular insurance coverage that they have or are there strict limitations that follow the warranty? For instance the phone they sent me, the keyboard didn't work properly but now I accidently cracked the screen. They said they'd cover me for the keyboard but I never asked them about the screen..</p></blockquote><p></p>
