What's the meaning of being chased by white shadow and found a chopper knife for...

...self-defense? I dreamt about myself being chased by a stranger but never see that person in total physically, only his/her upper body in white shadow or something. The dream at the point I remembered was falling down after the running (where the running was omitted), and I found a chopper knife in the snow. The dream stopped when the idea struck me to use the knife to defend myself. I didn't know we were running in the snow until the point I saw the knife in the snow, haha! -- So what is the meaning of this dream?
