I really like "Like a Boy" by Ciara, but it isn't a love song, it's about a girl and her boyfriend who cheats on her and is never honest with her. I really love the song though.

Sorry, but i don't think there's many rap songs that are "truly" romantic.
 
to me it's something smooth and classy like...

frankie J. - "suga suga"
gwen stefani - "luxurious"
mya - "my love is like woah"

and other stuff like that :)
