What's the name of a cartoon anime that used to be on television?!?

The cartoon was about a girl that she had her life, but she was a heroine inside the computer, where there was a lot of different characters and she had really cool gadgets and her clothing could change according to her power, like fire, water, etc. I used to watch it during my childhood and beginning of adolescence. I really don't remember when it was on tv but probably in the end of the 90's and the beginning of 2000's!!!!
