All I remember is that he was a triceritop and he aslo was a cop.
I can recall only one episode. He was trying to prtect this lil girl and she had a teddy bear with her. And inside this teddy was a bomb. He either throw it up in the air and it exploded or he laid on it and coverd the explosion. I had a action figrue of this dino/cop but I can not find it. Please help. Thanx
