What's the name of that "music" at gym?

When we do abs workout or push up at school, the teacher put a guy on the speakers counting up our workout like this :

Up one down
Up two down
Up three down.......
Up 17 down....


And so on, but, I really want to download that " song " because I want to do abs workout at home but I don't want to ask the teacher for it! Lol please help me guys !

I've never heard of that, but I find the Seether station on Pandora to be great for working out/lifting. It pumps me up, and the guys I lift with seem to feel the same way. Hope it helps.
