Whats wrong with my 99 Cadillac Deville?? Why it wont START?

When i put the key in the ignition and turn it over, it sounds as if it wants to start but is having a bad time doin so. I've been told several things, but the only 1 that stuck with me is that it could be the fuel injection or something in that nature....


PLS HELP!!!!! THX
 
when was fuel filter last changed? Is fuel pressure adequate? need to check as well as maybe new plugs?
 
If it won't crank over fast enough, then you need a new battery if yours is over 4 years old. Once a good battery cranks the engine over fast enough, then you check for good spark and fuel.
