WHATS WRONG WITH MY BEARDED DRAGON?

i got him of someone and hes totaly behaving weard
hes realy skinny like a pan cake and also its like hes
all over the place like lost ballance turning round
disoriantated and his legs are slightly bent as the wrist?
any advise on this what it could be
