Whats wrong with my cockatiel?

hey everybody.. im really worried about my cockatiel.. it is a female and 7 weeks old and i know it may have possibly been to early but i gave it a shower with me and when we hopped out she was sneezing A LOT and all this bubbly foamy stuff was coming out of her beak when she sneezed and it smelt like vomit.... i have no idea what it was and im really worried that she is getting sick... she may have swallowed some of the shampoo or drunk too much water... i really dont know... PLEASE HELP!!!

dunno. I would say put her in a towel and pet her and if you have to sleep, put her in a towel under a lamp. Make sure she won't fly.
Don't put her on her back.
