What's wrong with my dog's water feeder?

Hey, my dogs are currently using the bottled-typed water feeder. The one where you use a normal plastic bottle and screw on the water-feeder cap. When I first bought it, it was quite convenient. But now I'm having problems with the feeder. The water doesn't flow out fast enough like it used to. When I tried swiping the tip with my fingertips, the water flows out really slowly, almost no water at all. I have to compress the plastic bottle with one hand and swipe the tip with the other so that the water can flow out smoothly. My dog takes a really long time to clench her thirst with that feeder. After some time, she just gives up and doesn't use the feeder at all.

Any idea on how I can fix this problem? There's no physical damage to the feeder. The water just stopped flowing smoothly like it used to. I don't know why.

Any suggestions on how to fix the feeder is welcomed.
P.s. Not only my dog is annoyed with the condition of the feeder, but I'm annoyed too cause I have to pour water into a bowl every so for her.
