Is it my imagination or is true that when ever ethnic issues are addressed on the news on television it is predominantly done so by either black or asian news readers, what is the message being given out here ?
The BBC don't appoint staff on the basis of merit.They appoint on the basis of keeping the correct percentage of black and asian employees.Consequently there are many ethnic presenters.I think that it is just a coincidence that they happen to be talking about ethnic issues.
