Marlboro reds 100s for me. But I'm sitting here smoking my last one so I'm gonna buy a new pack of cigs today. Any reccomendations on what I should buy next?

Oh by the way don't pull the bullsh*t on me about how I'm gonna get lung cancer. I know the risks I'm taking by smoking cigarettes. Thank you.
 
I'm a binge smoker. I'll smoke for a month then quit for a year and then do it again...not sure why, since I think it's a filthy habit. I get the Marlboro 72 ultra lights.
