Whats your workout routines?

On a normal day when I'm motivated to lose weight... I usually do an hour of cardio and 1/2 hour of weights/stretches.

I know I shouldn't post sh** like that because it's not healthy, but I can't help it when I feel like I did so badly. You run so much and so fast! YOU are perfectly fine. Sorry don't want to sound like i'm preaching or being annoying lol... :/
