When does the iphone come out for other networks?

well, i have tmobile. but i really want the iphone. so does anyone know when they might switch it to another network. preferably tmobile. thnx a bunch!!!!!!!!!!!
well, i was wondering if you could jut put in the little card that has your number and stuff. not the data card thing. the other one, that activates it. well, i was wondering if you could use an iphone if you have tmobile. because i really want one!!!!.

the contract with att doesnt end until about 2012. also, you cant use it on tmobile unless you get an unlocked one (like $1000). And in 2012, the best chance for it going to another company would be verizon. they have so many customers and reliable service.

Like the other person said, AT&T and Apple agreement ends on year 2012.

Until then, you don't have many options.

1) Buy an unlocked iPhone ( this is an awesome place to buy from but it's from Canada) http://www.omegacell.com/product.php?productid=363&cat=0&page=1 (Other places sell it for over $900 and some are not even hardware unlocked)

2) Buy one of those X-SIM cards for the iPhone (but it's NOT 100% reliable).

3) Find a locked iPhone on Ebay or Kijii or elsewhere and unlock it with these guys software: http://blog.iphone-dev.org/

Now, for your information, T-Mobile 3G will work on the 1700 band which is NOT supported in the iPhone (HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100)
