when i connect my usb cord to the computer and my blackberry it says that the usb

current is not sufficient? when i do connect them together it says this on my blackberry pearl "USB CHARGING CURRENT IS NOT SUFFICENT. VERIFY THAT YOUR HANDHELD IS CONNECTED TO A POWERED USB CHARGING SOURCE AND THAT THE PROPER USB DRIVER IS INSTALLED."
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!!!!!!
